What was the Campaign about…

Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, physical stores faced prolonged closures, prompting a surge in online grocery shopping—a trend that persisted even post-lockdown. This transition dealt a significant blow to small businesses lacking an online presence.

In response, the ingenious minds at Ogilvy conceived a remarkable initiative to bolster local enterprises during the auspicious Diwali festival—by orchestrating hyper-targeted digital advertisements on their behalf. It was a great success

So we had to do it again…

DeltaX was the brains behind the operation. The team was responsible for creating the database of stores and launching the hyper localised ads. For the second year we took it even further.

Apart from the curated database of stores, anyone could generate a video of their favourite local stores or any store owner could generate a video with Shah Rukh Khan advertising their store.

This is where I come in…

First, I gathered all the necessary requirements for producing the video from our AI partner and carefully crafted a user-friendly process. Next, I refined the website's design to align with Cadbury's design guidelines.

The outcome? A clear and simple input screen for users to enter all the necessary details for video generation. On the other end, an output screen presents the final video for viewing and sharing.

Crowned the best…

The success exceeded expectations, amassing over 30 million distinct visitors and more than 130,000 unique videos generated. This campaign triumphed in securing numerous awards, including the prestegious Cannes Gold Lion for outstanding Data-Driven Creativity.
